Snickerdoodles

I cup Shortening (-2 Tbsp)                                                             Preheat oven to 375
1 1/2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 cups Flour
2 tsp Cream of tarter
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt

Cream together chortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Form into 1 inch ball. Roll in mixture of 4 tsp sugar and 4 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
